Le Cochon Bourré (The Stuffed Pig) is a catering company specializing in Louisiana Cuisine, Southern cuisine and BBQ. Chef James Cullen studied at the French Culinary Institute, and has worked at some of New York City’s and Hoboken’s top restaurants, including Pearl Oyster Bar and Amanda’s respectively. The cuisine is both rustic and refined, and true to the culture that inspired it. Rylan Domingue has years of experience in both the restaurant industry and event planning, working in Louisiana, Texas, New Jersey and New York. Her sense of taste and understanding of events is the perfect complement to Chef James’ food.
